The Regional Account Manager – Nordics & Baltics will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective strategic sales plan, ensuring brand enhancement and market share growth. Your focus will be to develop and maintain the Key Account sales to major distributors, retailers and e-tailers in Nordics & Baltics, you will also be creating and executing innovative marketing programs for product launches and seasonal promotions.
Profitable growth in accordance with budgets
Sales forecasting, budgeting and prospecting new accounts and strategic partnerships
Responsible for closing orders timely, driving revenue and refining sales processes.
Promotion planning – quarterly and yearly promotion calendar creation and management, budgeting, media mix, ROI analysis
Channel Partner Sales
Establishing performance goals for all channel partners.
Establish 6 month rolling activation/campaign plans with all key accounts
Monitoring and analysing performance, sales and market trends.
Developing an online and offline sales strategy.
Initiating the Channel marketing strategy in close corporation with retailers/distributors/resellers and the marketing team
Criteria of success
Ensure two-digit profitable growth in both Nordics & Baltics
Develop and execute a strategy together with Sales and Marketing Managers to drive profitable growth, prioritizing and finetuning along the way
Focus on maximizing Sell-Out driven sales & marketing whilst looking to minimize sell-in driven spend.
Utilize best practises from other SteelSeries regions
Experienced in working from home office (self-disciplined)
Min. 60 days of travelling annually within Nordic and Baltic countries is to be expected
Min. 5 years experience from working in direct sales of Consumer Electronics/ Gaming peripheral products to key distributors, retailers and e-tailers in Nordics & Baltics.
Significant experience with e-commerce
Great experience in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of consumer retail market and understanding of consumer behavior
Relate to the passion of esports and gamers
A hands-on attitude and an outgoing personality
A decision taker
Fluent communicator in English, and minimum 1 Scandinavian language
High level understanding of IT
Structured and hands-on business approach
Commercial education on Bachelor level
>5 years experience from account management within the CE business
