Personal Skills Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (economics, statistics, etc). Strong background in research. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Technical Skills Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is a must. Experience with point-of-sales data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, NPD, GfK, etc.) and Tableau are not a requirement, but a plus.
Must be analytically savvy, able to glean out the key insights from large data sets and communicate the effectively across a number of groups. A keen attention to detail is a must.
